200ml water | Sunflower oil 95ml | Salt 5g | Flour 160g | Eggs 4u | 50g lard | 100g sugar | Cinnamon eq


Boil the water and oil together.
Add the flour at once, a pinch of salt and stir off the heat until a dough forms that easily comes off the mold.
Reserve until it becomes tempered.
Add the eggs to the dough. They have to be incorporated one by one and not add the next until the previous one has not been well integrated.
Roll out the dough on parchment paper with the help of a spatula so that it is as uniform as possible. The thickness of the dough must be approximately one centimeter.
Distribute pieces of butter over the dough.
Prepare a mixture of sugar and cinnamon and generously coat the dough.
Bake at 180º for about 20/25 minutes. The dough is deforming and acquiring a golden color.
