Clean cuttlefish meat 1kg | oil eq


Mix the cuttlefish meat in thermomix until you get a thin paste texture. Extend between two oven papers, as thin as possible.
Leave it to dry at 55ºc.
When it’s easy to separate from the paper and completely dry, break into pieces (the size you need).


Fry the pieces in oil (200ºc) until they puff and get a light golden colour.
