Black coverage 62% 200g | Milk cream 250ml | Sugar 38g | Butter 20g


Put the coverage in a bowl and reserve.
-Bring the milk cream + sugar to a boil.
Pour it on the cover and let it rest for a few minutes.
Perform movements in the shape of eights with the rods until all the elements are integrated.
Reserve until use.
