Gelatin 4g | Honey 100g | Water 100ml


Hydrate the gelatin sheets in a bowl with cold water for a few minutes.
Dissolve the honey well with the water on the fire.
Temper the mixture and add the well-hydrated and dry gelatin sheets. Beat with a few rods.
Spread the mixture well on molds or containers and let it cool in a chamber.
